Download For The Love Of New York Mp3 By Polo G Feat. Nicki Minaj
American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record executive, Taurus Tremani Bartlett, known professionally as Polo G, release a new single “For The Love Of New York” off his new project Hall of Fame featuing Trinidadian-born rapper, singer-songwriter, and actress, Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty, known professionally as Nicki Minaj.
“For the Love of New York” finds Polo G teaming up with Trinidadian rapper Nicki Minaj to appear as the eighteenth track off Polo’s third studio album, Hall Of Fame. The song mainly encompasses dancehall and reggae feels while both artists rap about their crumbling relationships.
The first sighting of this song to confirm its presence was on June 3, when Polo G revealed his album’s tracklist via Twitter. Later the same day, the two artists were seen reciprocating love to each other and praising the song’s qualities just a couple hours after the formal announcement. Though, despite the title of the song, Polo G is in fact not from New York, and instead hails from Chicago; however Nicki Minaj was raised and based in New York. As a result, this song is most likely a tribute and anthem to New York and ties into Nicki’s roots.
His latest single ‘RAPSTAR‘ entered the Billboard hot 100 chart at number 1 upon release and continues to amass millions of streams every week. Last month, the Chicago rapper announced that his upcoming third album is titled Hall of Fame. Nicki Minaj is dubbed as the “Queen of Rap” by several media outlets, Minaj is one of the most influential and best selling female artists of all time, with 137 million records sold worldwide.
- Bad lil’ thing from New York, her heart is too soft
- She feel all alone, but I’ve been there before
- She just like it when you say less and do more
- Baby, we not vibin’ if it’s too forced
- Tired of cryin’, she done cried all her last cries
- She been heartbroken for the last time
- Girl, if I wasn’t so heartless, you could have mine
- I was in the slums, thuggin’ with the bad guys
